How it is built

Profiles combine editorial summaries, cited literature and dated registry snapshots. The pipeline matches names and aliases against IUPHAR/BPS and PubChem, then records source identities and observations. Conflicting molecular forms are withheld from reference fields and calculations until resolved; their confidence notes explain why. ClinicalTrials.gov snapshots describe registered studies. Source observation, content update and scientific review dates are recorded separately; a missing review date remains unknown.

What it is not

It is an educational reference, not a product catalogue, a formulary or medical advice. A ClinicalTrials.gov count is a registry footprint, not evidence of efficacy. Regulatory status reflects the last review date on each record; verify against the regulator before relying on it.
